Ze Roberto is the latest casualty in Hamburg
Nov 10, 2009, 10:26 GMT
Hamburg - Ze Roberto is doubtful for the next SV Hamburg Bundesliga matches as the influential Brazilian midfielder is nursing a slight tear in an ankle ligament.
Hamburg said on their website on Tuesday that Ze Roberto damaged the ligament during Sunday's 2-2 draw at Hanover 96 and has to rest for 10 days with the right leg in a cast.
Doctors will then decide when he can resume training. Hamburg's
next match is at home against VfL Bochum on November 22.
Hamburg have been plagued by injuries this season, with most notably forwards Paolo Guerrero and Mladen Petric out long-term.
