Gorosito takes over as coach at bottom team Xerez
Jan 19, 2010, 17:04 GMT
Madrid - Troubled Spanish Liga club Xerez announced on Tuesday that their new coach will be Argentine Nestor Gorosito.
Gorosito, 45, has no experience of coaching in La Liga but has done well at various clubs in Argentina.
He will certainly have his work cut out trying to save Xerez, who are making a mess of their first ever season in the top flight. They are rock bottom with just eight points from 18 matches, and have scored only eight goals.
Two weeks ago they sacked coach Jose Angel Ziganda, and now are placing their trust in Gorosito.
