Report: German defence contractor wins injunction against media company

A court in Hamburg has ruled the reporting of alleged illegal activities of a German company (Ecolog AG) in Afghanistan was unfair. Granting a preliminary injunction against media company Norddeutsche Rundfunk (NDR). The court took exception to the reporting and the NDR prohibited from repeating such suspicions.
