Deportivo sign French veteran Desmarets

Madrid - Spanish Liga club Deportivo La Coruna announced on Wednesday the signing of French veteran Yves Desmarets from Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes, for an undisclosed sum.
Desmarets, 31 in July, can play either on the left wing or in central midfield.
Deportivo, who were Spanish champions in 2000, have undergone financial problems in recent years and no longer make expensive signings. They finished 10th in La Liga last season.
Desmarets is their third summer signing, after young midfielders Michel from Valencia and Saul from Elche.
