Julio Iglesias marries the mother of five of his children

Madrid - Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, 66, has married Miranda Rijnsburger, 45, his girlfriend of 20 years and mother to five of his eight children, Iglesias said Thursday in a communique.
The couple wed Tuesday in a Catholic ceremony in Marbella on Spain's Costa del Sol. Their children and two witnesses were the only ones to attend.
Shortly afterwards, a thanksgiving mass was held in a chapel on a property owned by Iglesias near Malaga. Iglesias and Rijnsburger, a former Dutch model, live in Miami for most of the year.
The marriage is Iglesias' second after he divorced Philippine-born socialite Isabel Preysler in 1979. Iglesias and Preysler had three children, including singer Enrique Iglesias.
Julio Iglesias is one of the most successful singers in the Hispanic world. He has sold more than 2,600 gold and platinum records and given over 5,000 concerts.
