Ibrahimovic uncertain for Germany friendly
Nov 15, 2010, 15:34 GMT
Stockholm - Sweden coach Erik Hamren was Monday uncertain if AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be able to play in Sweden's friendly on Wednesday against Germany.
Ibrahimovic, the star of the Swedish team, converted a penalty Sunday in Milan's victory against crosstown rivals Inter Milan. At the end of the match the forward looked tired.
'We will have to have a chat when he arrives, and see how he feels,' Hamren told the online edition of the Aftonbladet daily.
Hamren's squad will also be missing seasoned defender Olof Mellberg over a heel injury. Also out of the team are midfielders Emir Bajrami and Tobias Hysen, and forward Johan Elmander.
The Swedish team were due Monday to take part at the annual football gala held in Malmo - Ibrahimovic's home city.
