Jul 7, 2011, 13:23 GMT
Amsterdam - Several people were injured Thursday when part of the stadium roof of one of the Netherland's top football clubs collapsed, police said.
The roof over a stand at the FC Twente club stadium, in the town of Enschede, was under construction and those injured were thought to be construction workers.
Local media said at least five people had been injured, though authorities did not confirm this and would give no details of the injuries.
Several ambulances and a helicopter rescue team was dispatched to the scene.
