He was one four people, aged 18 to 25, on trial in Munich for allegedly distributing radical Islamist propaganda material, including videos, on the online portals of the Global Islamic Media Front network.
The court ordered one of the accused to participate in a social training programme, after she was found to have promoted the organization. The youngest, aged 18, could be tried under youth law, while the fourth is still awaited sentencing.
The four admitted to most of the charges against them, relating to a period from 2006 to 2008.
Together with four others, they were charged with supporting the terrorist organizations al-Qaeda and Ansar al-Islam, as well as membership of a criminal organization.
The trial of the remaining four defendants is expected to last until September.
