LEAD: Greek skirmishes between police and anarchists peter out

Athens - Riot police clashed with hundreds of masked youths hurling chunks of marble and molotov cocktails in Athens on Tuesday on the third anniversary of the killing of a teenager by a policeman.
But by late evening, only some 2,000 anarchists remained in the centre of the capital, with no reports of any arrests.
However, there was damage to banks and shops.
Police earlier fired tear gas at the crowd of youths who broke away from a rally marking the anniversary of the killing of 15-year-old Alexis Grigoropoulos.
The murder of Grigoropoulos in 2008 triggered some of the worst rioting ever seen in Greece.
