LEAD: Wolfsburg complete seventh signing of winter break

Wolfsburg, Germany - Wolfsburg Thursday signed Brazilian defender Felipe Lopes and Ivory Coast midfielder Ibrahim Sissoko, bringing to seven the number of players joining the Bundesliga club in the winter break.
Both players move from Portuguese clubs, with central defender Lopes, 24, joining from Nacional and Sissoko, 20, from Academica de Coimbra. Both have contracts until June 30, 2015.
Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath had already signed Petr Jiracek, Ferhan Hasani, Slobodan Medojevic, Vieirinha und Giovanni Sio.
The coach is looking to off-load several players including former Germany striker Patrick Helmes, Greek defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos and Croatian defender Hrvoje Cale. The trio will not be with the squad next week at its training camp in Dubai.
Denmark midfielder Thomas Kahlenberg is meanwhile joining French first-division side Evian Gaillard on a six-month loan, Evian said.
