Jan 12, 2012, 10:38 GMT
Warsaw - The National Stadium in Warsaw will be inaugurated on January 29 with a concert featuring Lady Gaga and local acts, organizers said on Thursday.
The stadium, which will host the opening game of Euro 2012 between co-hosts Poland and Greece on June 8, was originally to be completed in summer.
The inauguration has the slogan 'Oto jestem!' (here I am) and will see five hours of music, highlighted by the American pop star Lady Gaga, and a fireworks display.
The first football game in the stadium is set for February 11, the Polish Supercup between Legia Warsaw and Wisla Krakow.
The Warsaw venue is the last of the four Polish stadiums to be completed for Euro 2012 which the country hosts together with Ukraine.
