Doomed Mars probe lands in Pacific Ocean

Moscow - Defective Russian Mars probe Fobos-Grunt returned to Earth on Sunday, landing in the Pacific Ocean.
Debris from the 13.5-ton space vehicle fell into the ocean, after it had been trapped in a decaying orbit, Russian authorities told Interfax news agency.
