Reports: Hoffenheim forward Ibisevic close to Stuttgart move

Frankfurt - Bosnia forward Vedad Ibisevic is reportedly close to move from Hoffenheim to Bundesliga rivals VfB Stuttgart, although Stuttgart did not want to confirm a done deal on Wednesday.
Local news reports said that Stuttgart will dish out 5.5 million euros (7.2 million dollars) for the 27-year-old and could officially present him later in the day.
But Stuttgart spokesman Oliver Schraft told dpa that the transfer is not finalized and that 'a few issues need to be settled.'
Ibisevic came to Hoffenheim in 2007 and helped them into the top flight. He scored 18 goals in 17 games in the first half of the 2008-09 season when Hoffenheim had a stunning run atop the Bundesliga standings, but missed the second half of the campaign injured. He has 49 goals in 116 appearances for the club.
Hoffenheim are eighth in the league and Stuttgart 10th, both sides closer to the danger zone than the top tier.
