Jan 30, 2012, 13:37 GMT
Dortmund, Germany - Borussia Dortmund have extended coach Juergen Klopp's contract for another two years, the German Bundesliga champions said Monday.
The deal keeps Klopp, 44, at the club until June 30, 2016.
Dortmund have also extended sport director Michael Zorc's contract for two years to the end of June 2016.
Klopp joined Dortmund from Mainz in 2008 and led the club to the Bndesliga title last season.
The team is currently lying second in the league, level on points with leaders Bayern Munich and third-placed Schalke.
Dortmund chairman Hans-Joachim Watzke praised the 'tremendous' work carried out at the club by Klopp and Zorc.
Klopp said: 'That Borussia has put faith in us for such a long term is something we know how to appreciate.'
