Obama to host Danish prime minister at White House

Washington - US President Barack Obama will meet Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt in Washington later this month, the White House said Tuesday.
At the White House meeting on February 24, the leaders are to discuss security cooperation in Afghanistan ahead of a NATO summit in Chicago in May.
Denmark holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, and Obama and Thorning-Schmidt are also expected to discuss efforts to curb the European debt crisis.
