Report: Hoffenheim part company with coach Stanislawaki
Feb 9, 2012, 10:18 GMT
Berlin - Bundesliga club Hoffenheim parted company with coach Holger Stanislawski on Thursday in the wake of another setback in the German Cup, the Bild daily said on its website.
'According to Bild information, Hoffenheim are separating with coach Holger Stanislawski. Stani told Bild he was informed by general manager Ernst Tanner,' Bild.de said.
Wednesday's 1-0 home defeat against second division Gruether Fuerth appears to have been final nail in the coffin for Stanislawski, who was only appointed in summer.
Hoffenheim rank eighth in a modest Bundesliga season, just five points above the danger zone.
