Fewer neo-Nazis than expected arrive in Dresden

Dresden, Germany - Around 400 neo-Nazis - far fewer than had been expected - turned up for a torch-lit march in the eastern German city of Dresden on Monday, on the anniversary of the 1945 bombing campaign that flattened the city.
'So far, the situation is fairly relaxed,' said the head of police for the state of Saxony, Bernd Merbitz.
Police had anticipated up to 2,000 neo-Nazis at the rally, which anti-rightwing demonstrators aimed to block by forming a human chain.
