Nowitzki's Mavericks in talks over pre-season game in Berlin

Berlin - Dirk Nowitzki could visit his native Germany in October for a pre-season game of his reigning NBA champions Dallas Mavericks at ALBA Berlin.
ALBA general manager Marco Baldi said on Tuesday that the Euroleague was in talks with the NBA over visits of the Mavericks and the Boston Celtics ahead of the 2012-13 season.
'The plan is that the Mavericks play against us as part of the 'NBA Europe Live' tour,' said Baldi. 'It would be great for our club and our fans.'
The Mavericks are reportedly also set to play a game in Barcelona during the European stint.
