Strong winds force ski-jumping cancellation

Klingenthal, Germany - The World Cup ski-jumping at Klingenthal was called off Thursday after strong winds forced organizers to abandon the event during the first round of jumps.
The event had been postponed by a day Wednesday because of a storm front over the German venue.
The World Cup now moves to Oberstdorf, Germany with jumps on Saturday and Sunday.
