Catania win at Siena in lower-reaches game

Rome - Catania won 1-0 at Siena Wednesday in a Serie A game rescheduled in early February due to snow in the Tuscany town.
A first-half spot kick converted by Francesco Lodi allowed Catania to move nine points clear of the three-team drop zone with a game in hand. Siena stayed two points above relegation.
