The problem of AIDS must be dealt with in a forward/progressive-manner and not with the stigmatization by the GAY community which allowed this disease to take root in the mainstream of world populations!!! EDUCATION - DRUGS - CONTRACEPTION must be encouraged/mandated in all countries.[Unfortunately only the dictatorship of the CASTRO brothers in CUBA has dealt with this virulent epidemic and only there on that island have they managed to somewhat embargoe cases with slight effect. In the UNITED STATES the GAY political caucus forced legislators from even listing/authenticating the causes of this disease in its early years of inception in the UNITED STATES. AIDS wasn't reported with the same disease reports of measles, chicken-pox, or even VD. UNFORTUNATELY OUR WISH NOT TO STIGMATIZE/TRAUMATIZE 'GAYS' CAUSED US TO KILL THOUSANDS INSTEAD OF TRACING THE SOURCES OF THE OUTBREAK.] Yes POLITICAL CORRECTNESS does kill.

We, PLWA appreciate the Global role the world is taking in tackling issues of HIV & AIDS, At least with the Ant-Retroviral Therapy we are surving. Out major please especially in Africa is to support us on Nutrition, most of us are poor and we cannot afford the basic nutritional needs to go with the treatment, medication alone without proper nutrition does not help us. We ask for consideration on improved nutrition, at least if some food supplements could be available just like we get the 'free' treatment. This will help us a lot living in the Sub-Saharan Africa.
Thank you for the fight and efforts being made on our behalf.
