Warsaw - A 21-year old Polish man is infected with the influenza (A)H1N1 virus, a health official told the Polish Press Agency on Sunday, in what was Poland's third case of the swine flu.
The man returned Friday from the United States via a connection in Munich, and is now hospitalized near his home in the southern city of Chorzow.
Poland's other two cases of swine flu were a 42-year old male and 58 year-old woman. Both have since been released from the hospital.
More than 12,000 swine flu cases have been reported in 43 countries with 86 deaths, according to the World Health Organization.
