Mar 22, 2010, 3:52 GMT
Washington - The US House of Representatives late Sunday approved a sweeping reform of the health care system, sending the measure to President Barack Obama's desk for signature.
The House passed by 219-212 the health legislation that was adopted by the Senate late last year. But the House was also set to take a second vote on changes to the legislation that would once again have to be approved by the Senate.
