A Palestinian man already under arrest and in handcuffs is roughed up by Israeli police as a man (L) begins to put a small can of pepper spray to the mans face during the Palm Sunday procession on the Mount of Olives in East Jerusalem on 16 March 2008. It is not known why the Arab man was arrested, but Israeli police are at a increased level of alert during Holy Week as they in fear a Palestinian reprisal attack for recent events in the Gaza Strip.
