Kings of Saudi Arabia, Jordan back Abbas (Roundup)

Jun 27, 2007, 17:11 GMT

Amman(dpa)- King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Jordan's King Abdullah II on Wednesday expressed backing to the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in a joint communique.

However, they also voiced deep concern over the ramifications of the Palestinian split that surfaced two weeks ago after the takeover of the Gaza Strip by the Radical Hamas group.

'The two leaders reiterated their support for the Palestinian legitimacy as represented by the National Authority and its president Mahmoud Abbas in order to enable the Palestinian side to be an efficient and strong partner in the peace process,' the statement said.

The two leaders 'warned against the dangerous repercussions of the latest development in the Palestinian situation and cautioned that the continued split in the Palestinian ranks will not serve the national issues, foremost ending the Israeli occupation and setting up an independent Palestinian state.'

The Palestinian rift is also set to 'give Israel the pretext to evade its peace commitments,' the statement said.

The Saudi-Jordanian summit talks also covered 'means of reinvigorating the Arab coordination with the Middle East quartet with the aim of pushing forward the peace process and arriving at serious political negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians that seek to achieve a clear and final target and within a limited timetable.'

The two leaders referred to the final status talks that cover the issues of East Jerusalem, frontiers, settlements and the right of return for Palestinian refugees who deserted their homes upon Israel's foundation in 1948.

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert so far confined the agenda of his periodical talks with Abbas to security issues relating to the day-to-day life of Palestinians.

The two pro-Western monarchies renewed their support for the Arab peace initiative, which they said 'reflected the real desire of Arabs in establishing durable peace that puts an end to the conflict with Israel and enables the Palestinians to set up their own independent state in the West Bank of Gaza.'

The Arab blueprint offers to extend recognition to the Jewish state by all Arab countries provided that it withdrew from all Arab territories it occupied in the 1967 six-day war, including East Jerusalem.

The leaders of Saudi Arabia and Jordan called for 'dialogue as the ideal way for achieving reconciliation in Iraq and Lebanon and enabling the two countries to get rid of the difficult circumstances through which they are passing,' the communique said.

However, they said that dialogue in Iraq and Lebanon 'should be conducted aloof of foreign intervention in the domestic affairs of both countries,' an allusion to Iran and Syria.

The Saudi monarch arrived in Amman earlier Wednesday at the head of a powerful government delegation on a two-day state visit.

CHRISTIANS ALSO SUFFER UNDER ZIONISM!Jun 27th, 2007 - 19:45:59

King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and King Abdullah II of Jordan. Two standard-bearers for human rights and democracy. ‘King” Hosni Mubarak, President of Egypt and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert also are making every effort to support for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. Israel at $2.52 billion ($2.82 billion in military aid) was the #1 recipient of U.S. foreign aid in 2006 , Egypt at $1.795 billion ($1.3 billion in military) is #2. Jordan is #4 at a bargain to U.S. taxpayers of only $461 million. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia does not receive much foreign aid monies, but is a huge recipient of U.S. military aid and assistance. The Saudi Kingdom is a de facto U.S. protectorate; without the support of the U.S. Sheikh Osama Bin Laden would be the Emir (Ruler) of an Islamic Caliphate (nation/state) of Arabia. The support of the American stooges only makes it clear to the Palestinians and the greater Islamic world, that Abbas, like the Kings Abdullah and Mubarak, is nothing but a puppet in the hands of the U.S. and Zionists. Abbas is a traitor to the people of oppressed people of illegally occupied Palestine. Abbas and his Fatah organization are corrupt criminals who betray the Palestinian people and serve only the interests of Zionism. Abbas has no legitimacy in the eyes of the Muslims would, he is only a ‘running dog lackey’ of the enemies of Islam. Look at a map of British Mandate (false borders created by the devilish European colonialism) Palestine in 1948. There were very few areas were Jews lived. These were Arab lands. Not only Muslims, but Christians made up over 20% of the Palestinian population of what is now called Israel. Today, due to the racist and oppressive policies of Zionist Israel the Christians number less than 2% of the peoples now living in The Holy Land. Not only Muslims, but Christians also should by outraged about the evil racialism and ethnic cleansing of Zionism. No wonder the Palestinians are angry, anyone would be unhappy about being forced out of the homes and off of their lands. HAMAS vs. Fatah (’divide & conquer’) aside, the Zionist Israelis are the obstacle to peace in the region. The Israelis have no intentions of allowing the establishment of a viable, truly free, Palestinian state. Zionism has no place for the Palestinians. Under Zionist rule it seems doubtful that there will be any justice for the Palestinians. If one looks at a map of (British Mandate) Palestine before 1948; very few Jews were settled in what is now called Israel. These lands belonged to Palestinian Arabs; any fair-minded person can understand the anger of the Palestinians who were forced off of their lands. Many will say that this land is the Biblical land of the Jews, perhaps. But does God sanction an Israel that disobeys The Law? An Israel that beaks the Sabbath, condones fornication, does not punish homosexuality and even eats pork? Was not Israel twice destroyed because of her sins? Are not Israelis mindful of their history? If the supporters of Zionism try to legitimize the taking of Arab land using the Bible, is it an unfair question to ask if The Almighty God meant Israel to be a land of secular-minded Jews, who disobey The Law and mercilessly abuse the human rights of a down-trodden people? It would seem as if the Ashkenazi (European) Jews and their children would be particularly sensitive about violating a peoples’ human rights in light of their history, but perhaps being so immersed in their so-called Holocaust (their only real claim to Jewry) they have become blind to the truth and do not see the suffering of the Palestinians. Clearly the Ashkenazi Jews, and the Sephardic Jews, for that matter, are unable to see the racialism in Zionism. The devilish Zionist Israeli government will continue to prolong the issue of Palestinian statehood, and years from now the situation will not really change; only the Arabs will get more hopeless, angry and violent in demanding justice. Peace and justice would benefit all of the people in the Arab-Israeli conflict. But, even more worrisome to Zionist Israel should be Divine punishment for the sins of the secular-minded Israelis. To live at peace with God, and their Arab neighbors, Israel must obey The Law or Israel will be destroyed. A vengeful Muslim army will not raze Israel. No, it will be the wrath of The Almighty God that destroys Israel!
