Israeli shell kills three Gaza children
Aug 29, 2007, 15:16 GMT
Gaza City - An Israeli tank shell killed three Palestinian children as they approached a rocket launcher in the northern Gaza Strip Wednesday afternoon, witnesses and paramedics said.
The witnesses added the rocket launcher had earlier been used by Palestinian militants from the town of Beit Hanoun, an area from where they frequently launch locally-produced rockets at Israelis communities on the other side of the border.
As soon as the children got closer, a shell struck the abandoned launcher, killing the three aged between 10 and 11, and injuring two others. Paramedics said the three were of the same family.
An Israeli army spokeswoman admitted the military had targeted two rocket launchers in northern Gaza.
Meanwhile, Hamas officials announced that a member of radical Islamic movement's armed wing died Wednesday in hospital from wounds sustained in an Israeli air-strike earlier this month.

Once again murderous Zionists. Instead of just destroying some equipment, they wait until some children are near it.
They have occupied for over 37 years, have controlled US foreign policy for over 30 and look at the mess it has caused us. You money is almost worthless, your government is bankrupt, the world hates your and OUR blood is left in the sand. ALL DONE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF ISREAL.
Wake up America.
