Ten Iraqis killed, eight wounded in a Tikrit blast (Extra)

Baghdad - At least 10 Iraqis were killed and eight others wounded, among them police officers, in a car bomb attack Monday in Tikrit, Iraqi police sources said.
A suicide attacker driving a car laden with explosives blew himself up targeting a police station in Degla village in Tikrit, the capital of Salahaddin province, 180 kilometres north of Baghdad, the source added.
A number of nearby buildings were also damaged in the attack.
