Laura Bush arrives in Jordan as part of Mideast tour

Amman - US First Lady Luara Bush arrived in Amman on Thursday in the course of a regional goodwill tour in support of the US-Middle East Partnership for Breast Cancer Awareness and Research, according to a US embassy statement.
She is due to meet with King Abdullah II and to unveil an architectural model of a new US-funded breast cancer screening centre.
Laura Bush had previously visited the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait as part of her tour.
