What is happening here is that Middle Eastern leadership is anticipating a rapid withdrawal of US troops from Iraq. They expect that to become a general retreat of the United States and Britain from the entire region.
I disagree Noharness, what is happening here is that someone gave the Iranian monkey in chief a banana when he figured out how to dial the telephone with his prehensile tail.
