Iran condemns Dutch anti-Islam video
Mar 28, 2008, 12:38 GMT
Tehran - Iran Friday harshly condemned the anti-Islamic video made by Dutch legislator Geert Wilders and warned of 'consequences of such provocative move.'
In a press statement, Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini termed the video 'insulting and anti-Islamic' and symbolic for the 'deep antagonism' of some Western states towards Islam and Moslems.
The leader of the Dutch Freedom Party posted on the internet his film, Fitna (Discord), which features passages from the Koran, speeches by extremist Islamic preachers and violent images.
The spokesman called on the European Union in general and the Dutch and British government in particular to stop the showing of the video and to respect what over a billion Moslem worldwide hold sacred.

the muslims are to blame themselves for any 'anti-islam' videos..they stand hiding among their own women and children killing other innocent people and the ones that 'say' they condemn such behavior are hiding themselves...they run to other countries and live as hypocrits. 2/3's of muslim men are pornographic perverts. they rape their own children..cause the pet to hide in fear and make young boys afraid to drop something in fear they have to bend over to pick it up.
Now that the world is short on gas and the nonwhite arab countries have control of most of the oil field, the world, mostly the West, is upset, jealous, and attacking their religion to engage them in conflict. Shows how evil and desperate the 'holier than thou' really are. How Sad !!!!!

perhaps you are unaware that the EU has condemned this filum too. All this tripe about freedom of speech. How braine washed do these people think we are! Freedom of speech was designed to allow people to criticize their governments openly without fear of being executed. It was not designed to inflame one religious or ethnic group against another. If people wish to maintain prejudices aginst each other they are free to do so as long as they keep their prejudices 'in a closed chest, and not vend them about as cordials...' Indeed we have lost true freedom of speech, at least here in the USA. If we don't agree with the political bigwigs we are 'unpatriotic' In Isreal (or anywhere for that matter) if we don't agree with the majority we are 'antisemitic.' Just one ironic twist...the newspaper that published those distasteful cartoons (by the way I am not muslom) was the same one that helped Hitler publish similar propaganda against the Jews. Very sad...how we forget history!!! What was it that the Rabbi from Germany said...(I am going to paraphrase) 'they came for the Jews and I was not a Jew, then they came for the Catholics and I was not a Catholic, then they came for.....me and there was no one left to defend me...'
