Baghdad - Baghdad's governor security guard was killed Thursday, and another six wounded, when a bomb went off targeting the ruler's procession in the Iraqi capital.
Iraqi police sources told the Voices of Iraq (VOI) news agency that a road side explosive was detonated in Sahet al-Nasr district, central the capital Baghdad, targeting Hussein al-Tahan, Baghdad's governor.
Sources said al-Tahan was not present in the procession, but one of his guards was killed and four of his guards were among the injured.
