Baghdad/Tikrit - Two suspected al-Qaeda members and a doctor have been arrested in Iraq, US forces and Iraqi police said on Saturday.
The al-Qaeda suspects were detained in two separate security operations - one in western Baghdad, and the other in Haditha, some 200 kilometres north of the capital, the US military said in a statement.
Both are suspected of assisting in the movement of money and explosives for al-Qaeda.
