Turkish air force destroy Iraqi bridge

Erbil/Baghdad - The Turkish air force Friday destroyed a bridge in the Kurdish province of Arbil in northern Iraq during attacks on suspected outposts of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
Turkish soldiers also bombarded several villages in the Siedkan district of Arbil, according to a commander of security forces in the autonomous Kurdish region quoted by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
There were no details of casualties as yet.
