Bus crash kills 12 pilgrims in Egypt's Sinai

Cairo - A bus carrying pilgrims to Saudi Arabia collided into an oncoming car on a single-lane road in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, killing 12 Egyptians and critically injuring two others.
The passengers were en route to Saudi Arabia to perform the Muslim pilgrimage known as Umrah.
Dangerous road conditions and poorly implemented traffic laws cause a slew of accidents that kill thousands in Egypt each year.
