27 killed in north Iraq bus crash

Kirkuk, Iraq - At least 27 people were killed Saturday in northern Iraq when a bus collided with a car in Kirkuk, according to the head of the city's traffic police, Miqdad Said.
The bus was carrying families who were going on vacation to Dohuk city, in the Kurdistan region.
The oil-rich northern city of Kirkuk is 280 kilometres north of Baghdad.
