Nov 25, 2011, 12:21 GMT
Beirut - Demonstrations were taking place Friday across Syria to denounce the Arab League's deadline to Damascus and expressed rejection to any foreign interference in Syria's affairs.
'This is not an Arab League, this is a US, Zionist League,' said protesters, as they carried Syrian flags and posters of President Bashar al-Assad.
'God, Syria and Bashar alone,' protesters chanted, according to footage broadcast on Syrian state television.
