Syrian forces pull bank tanks from Homs

Beirut - The Syrian army pulled back tanks from the flashpoint central city of Homs on Tuesday before a team of Arab League observers arrived in the region, activists said.
'Around eleven tanks were pulled out from Baba Amr neighbourhood at around 7:00 local time (05:00 GMT) Tuesday,' Rami Abdel Rahman, the head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, told
