31 killed as Syrian troops shell Homs, opposition says

Beirut - At least 31 people died Thursday as Syrian government troops attacked the central province of Homs, according to opposition activists.
'Most of the deaths occurred in the neighbourhoods of Khalidiyeh and Baba Amr,' the opposition Local Coordination Committees said in a statement.
