126 killed in Syria violence, say activists

Beirut - At least 126 people were killed across Syria on Thursday in an intensified crackdown by government troops, opposition activists said.
'The death toll in (the central province of) Homs alone reached 110,' Omar Homsi, a Syrian activist in the area, told dpa.
