Syrian state TV: Two suicide bombers behind Aleppo blast

Beirut - Two suicide bombers were involved in the massive explosion that rocked the Syrian city of Aleppo early Friday, Syrian state television reported.
Several people, including children, were killed in the bombing, the broadcaster added.
