Syrian army shelling of Homs kills 10

Beirut - At least 10 people were killed Monday in heavy artillery shelling by the Syrian army in populated areas of central Homs province, activists said.
'Ten people were killed in the area of Rastan, and 20 others were wounded,' Omar Homsi, an activist told
