Syrian shelling on Hama kills 11, activists say

Beirut- At least 11 people have been killed in the central province of Hama during shelling by government forces, according to an opposition activist.
Meanwhile, Hisham Hassan, the spokesperson of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva, says the ICRC has resumed negotiations with Syrian authorities and the opposition to evacuate more wounded people from Baba Amr, a besieged area in Homs province.
