a) Donate waziristan and NWFP to Afghanistan and let the Americans clean them up,
b) provide autonomy to ALL provinces
c) resolve the border dispute with India and
d) cut the army budget by 75%

Pakistan needs to do
e) ALL OF THE ABOVE

and it will live happily ever after with its life and economy. Each of the above makes life harder and progress slower and the man on the street more dependent on religion to solve his problems.
