They, and every other zealot on this planet just need to grow up. It's okay for them to insult, disrespect, and spit on anybody they want. But, do anything negative towards them, or their beliefs, they freak out. You can't have it both ways kids. You either give what you want to receive, or suck it up. Until you learn respect and tolerance of others, those others aren't going to respect or tolerate you in return. I commend the re-printing, we need to stand up to these immature and un-evolved hypocrites.
The whole civilized world should publish and republish anything that is considered blasphemos by these radicals. In the civilized world blasphemy has not been punishable by law for a very long time, and when you compare this to the middle-east, Im sure we can say it was a good idea!!
