Pakistan carries out back-to-back tests of nuclear-capable missile

Islamabad - Pakistan on Monday successfully test-fired its longest-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile for the second time in three days.
The launch conducted at an undisclosed location by the Army's Strategic Force Command 'marked the culmination of a field-training exercise,' an Army statement said.
The test validated the operational readiness of a strategic missile group equipped with Hatf-VI (Shaheen-2) missiles, which can carry both nuclear and conventional warheads up to a distance of 2,000 kilometres, the military added.
The launch was witnessed by naval chief Admiral Muhammad Afzal Tahir and other senior military officers, scientists and engineers of strategic organizations, the statement said.
Pakistan's missile-development programme is aimed mainly at what it calls maintaining strategic balance with its nuclear-armed rival India.
Both sides have fought three wars, the first two over the disputed Himalayan state of Kashmir.
The previous test launch of the Shaheen-2 was carried out Saturday.

China has more modern weopons then this. Even Pak has more advanced solid fueled BMs then you delusional Indians. You do not have any missiles that can reach Beijing. Superpower India with all its foriegn systems. Arjun tank is been in development for 20 plus years and your foreign weapon loving army is still not happy with it. LCA still in development. Due to failure of Indian industry it uses American engine, and Russian radar and other foreigners avionics. Just do the research you will see crappy progress.

Pakistan seems to have a pet country to test Chinese missiles! Chinese would be clapping louder to see the test gone successful.
