Eleven beheaded in sectarian violence in north-west Pakistan
Jun 23, 2008, 7:10 GMT
Islamabad - At least 11 Shiite Muslims were executed by a rival Sunni group in Pakistan's Kurram agency, a volatile north-western tribal district, a tribal leader said Monday.
The beheaded bodies of eight people from the Shiite tribe Toori were found dumped in Arawali and three in the Sadda area of the district, tribal chief Ali Akbar told the Geo news television channel.
However, Kurram's administrator, Azam Khan, confirmed only eight deaths. 'According to our information, eight bodies have been found so far,' he told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa.
All those killed were abducted Friday when a food convoy they were travelling with came under attack in the Sunni-dominated area of Pir Qayyum, about 30 kilometres south-east of Kurram's central town of Parachinar.
Four people, including a security guard, were killed in the ambush. Later, government forces, backed by helicopter gunships, chased the attackers, killing five of them.
Kurram has been in the grip of sectarian violence since last year. Scores of people have been killed, and hundreds of families have fled the violence to an area bordering Afghanistan.

Don't call them Sunnies...well, they sure as hell weren't Shi'ites..that only leaves the Sunnis...you remember the other branch of the religion of love...each trying to outdo the other in murder and mayhem. Well, when you hold up a mass murdering, child molesting, half mad, desert pirate as the perfect human being...you're going to create generations of f***heads that the rest of us have to keep our eye on. And now we hear the usual litany... It can't have been a Muslim!... Please!!! this story, even without any geographical references, HAS to involve Muslims...no other answer makes any sense. It's your own fault, if the rest of us don't trust you as far as you can be thrown.

They are very clearly foriegn agents, who want to give a bad name to Islam and Pakistan.
IF THEY LET CHRISTIANS GO UNHARMED, WHILE KILLING THE SHIITES AND SUNNIES, THEN WHAT IS THEIR RELIGEON?
Who do they have made money from?
WHO HAS HIRED TO KILL?
