Five killed, 40 injured in bus crash in Sri Lanka

Colombo - Five passengers were killed and 40 others injured when two buses collided in the north-central part of Sri Lanka on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The accident took place in Thirappane, near the ancient capital of Anuradhapura, 180 kilometres north of the capital.
No other details were immediately available.
