Two Australian soldiers killed by an Afghan in army uniform

Kandahar - Two Australian soldiers were killed Saturday by an Afghan in army uniform in Kandahar Province in southern Afghanistan, an Afghan army spokesman said.
'Two International Security Assistance Force service members were killed today in southern Afghanistan when an individual wearing an Afghan National Army uniform apparently turned his weapon on Afghan and coalition forces,' an official statement said.
Zahir Azimi, the spokesman for the Afghan army said the two dead individuals were Australian soldiers. Their assailant was also killed.
'We don't know if the killer is a soldier or an imposter in army uniform but we are looking into it,' Azimi said.
