Nov 11, 2011, 6:24 GMT
Dhaka - At least six people were killed and 30 others injured in a road accident in Bangladesh's northern district of Rangpur on Friday, police said.
Five people died at the scene while another succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital after a Dhaka-bound bus overturned in a roadside ditch after hitting a tree near Kaunia, some 260 kilometres from the capital, police officer Mujibur Rahman said.
Reckless driving might have caused the accident, he added.
