Bad weather grounds flights in Nepal
Jan 16, 2012, 8:06 GMT
Kathmandu - Bad weather grounded flights at Nepal's only international airport Monday.
Dense fog kept planes from landing or taking off at Tribhuvan International Airport.
Some international flights were compelled to circle for more than an hour before being diverted to India.
Only two domestic flights were able to take off on Monday.
Nepal has been receiving heavy snowfall for the past two weeks. Reports said 150 tourists were stranded in Ghorepani in the western part of country.
